Dr. Pepper Snapple Class Action, False Advertising Ginger Ale

Recently, a class action for false advertising has been brought against Dr. Pepper Snapple, as they have allegedly labeled, and marketed, their Canada Dry Ginger Ale product as being "Made from Real Ginger." However, independent testing by a laboratory determined that the product does not contain a detectable amount of ginger. The full complaint is as follows:
