Recently, the Margarian Law Firm, located in Glendale, California, filed a class action lawsuit against the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. The suit concerns itself with the product named Canada Dry Ginger Ale. This Canada Dry Class Action claims that ginger ale in question represents to consumers that it contains real ginger, as it markets itself with the phrase "Made from real Ginger." Despite its name and marketing claims, however, plaintiffs allege that the product does not contain ginger, which leads to false advertising claims and deceptiveness. A full copy of the complaint is shown below:

It is a shame that we see so many cases filed due to these baseless claims made by companies. There are so many consumers that go out of their way to buy the best, healthiest, most nutritional products while large corporations sit back and lie about what is being put into their stuff. Always be on the look out and always read your product labels!

If you believe to have been affected by these allegations please contact us immediately. We will be more than happy to guide you through your next steps.
