Class Action Lawsuit Holds Verizon Accountable

Recently, a class action lawsuit was filed against Verizon Communications, Inc claiming false advertising on the company's behalf. The case's plaintiff was not made aware of defendants' merger and was charged cancellation fees as part of the rollover to Frontier. Plaintiff's service was also interrupted and she was not given a refund for the extended period of time she was without service.
