Class Action Lawsuit Against Arby's
By Consider The Consumer on March 10, 2017
On March, 2, 2017, a class action lawsuit was filed against Arby's in Atlanta, Georgia. The complaint states that "this action arises out of a data breach at Arby’s restaurants throughout the United States owned and operated by ARG. Massive data breaches have occurred to several businesses in the United States, including Target, Home Depot, and Wendy’s restaurants, via malicious software installed remotely on businesses’ point-of-sale (“POS”) systems. These systems are used for managing customer payment transactions, including payments made with debit and credit cards."
