In October 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against MyPillow for allegedly deceiving consumers who purchased its product. They company advertised a buy one get one free for its pillow, however consumers did not quite get anything "free" as the regular price of one pillow is inflated, resulting in consumers getting two pillows at or near the regular price of two pillows.
